Beasts of Oden is a custom dog-training and boarding business led by owner and trainer Sarah Oden. Training includes behavior issues, basic obedience, and AKC Canine Good Citizen preparation and testing. Sarah brings experience in AKC conformation, rally, obedience, and agility. Human training helps owners understand dog emotions and communicate.
Sarah volunteered with rescue shelters from age 7 and took her first obedience class at age 9 with her family dog Zena. She began helping South Plains Obedience Training Club (SPOTC) in 2014. She has worked with her dog Kid, fostered rescue dogs with behavior challenges, worked with horses, and taught tricks to cats, rats, pigs, and even a turkey named Lurkey.
Boarding is available for training clients and non-training clients on five acres of farmland. Ask Sarah about board and train.
“My favorite thing about training is building communication between dogs and people.” — Sarah Oden
